When is rent due?
Rent is due in full at time of move-in, or if you wish to do monthly payments, rent is due the 1st of each month.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are allowed.
How do I submit a service request?
Please login into your resident portal to submit your maintenance request.
What is the parking policy?
First Come First Serve Open Parking. Parking permits are required. There is a monthly parking fee. Permits are available in the leasing office.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking in designated areas only and must be a minimum of 25 ft from any building or exterior common area.
Do I need renter's insurance?
Renter’s insurance: Book & Ladder requires each Resident to maintain Renters Insurance. Renter’s Insurance may be acquired from the approved carrier for the property or with proof from a third-party carrier. Proof would be considered as providing a Declaration Page from your Insurance Company or a Certificate of insurance provided by the provider. You must have the community’s legal name listed as an additional interest. Proof of Insurance will be required before the day of move-in. Book & Ladder requires all new and renewing residents to have a Renters insurance policy with a minimum liability limit of $100,000.
What are the income requirements for leaseholders?
Leaseholders must qualify with 3x the base rent amount. Guarantors must qualify with 4x the monthly rent.
